Refund policy

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day the customer, or a third party designated by them who is not the carrier, takes possession of the final item in the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify Bloc Magasin by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or postal letter) of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If customers withdraw from the contract, Bloc Magasin will refund all payments received (excluding delivery costs) without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive the withdrawal notification. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until proof of return has been provided, whichever is earlier.

Customers must return the goods without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day they informed Bloc Magasin of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the period expires.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

Returns

Returns are at the customer’s expense. Please use the enclosed return label and deliver the package to a postal office. Only items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging will be accepted. A restocking fee of 10% applies to all returns.
