We deliver your order to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone can receive the package during standard delivery hours. If delivery cannot be completed, you will receive a notification card or email with instructions on how to collect your package from the nearest post office or arrange redelivery. We do not take responsibility for any issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Time
For deliveries within Switzerland, the estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 business days. Please note that public holidays, peak periods, or unexpected events may cause delays. We will inform you of any significant changes to delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of the package. The exact shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase. Whenever available, you can select from different shipping options such as standard, express, or premium delivery, each with its own cost and estimated delivery time.
Customs Fees (International Orders)

Returns
Returns are at the customer's expense. Please use the enclosed return label and drop the package off at a post office. Only items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging will be accepted. A 10% restocking fee generally applies to all returns.
