Terms of service

Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders and contracts between Bloc Magasin GmbH, Flüelastrasse 16, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland ("Bloc Magasin") and its customers ("Customer"), concluded through the online shop at www.bloc-magasin.ch ("Website"). By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms. The Customer has reasonable access to these Terms at all times on the Website prior to or at the time of ordering.

Conclusion of Contract

On the Website, product descriptions are no binding offers but invitations to order. A contract is only concluded once Bloc Magasin accepts the order. The Customer will be notified by email upon acceptance.

Prices, Payment & Currency

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF), include applicable VAT, and exclude shipping costs which are added at checkout. Payment methods are those offered during order and must be cleared prior to shipment. In case of payment default, Bloc Magasin reserves the right to suspend delivery until full payment is received.

Delivery & Risk

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer when the items are handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery times stated are estimates. In case of delay, the Customer shall be informed. Unforeseen events beyond Bloc Magasin’s control (force majeure) may delay delivery without liability.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns

The Customer has the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the Customer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item. If exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Bloc Magasin in writing (e.g., by email or post). Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of withdrawal or proof of return, using the original payment method.

Liability & Warranty

Bloc Magasin is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Warranty claims are valid under applicable law. The Customer must inspect delivered goods immediately and report defects within a reasonable time. No warranty for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or relating to these Terms is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
